Build your steering wheel

Build your steering wheel

Five steps. Change anything, as often as you like, until it looks right.

Pick the make of your car.

Which car is it for?

Not a trim piece. A structural part.

Prepreg carbon, laid by hand over the original armature, cured under vacuum. The airbag housing, the connectors and the mounting points stay exactly where the manufacturer put them, which is the only way a wheel like this belongs in a car.

What you are choosing between

Four decisions carry most of the look. The rest is detail.

Body

Woven, forged or painted

Woven carbon reads technical and stays quiet in daylight. Forged carbon breaks into a marbled pattern that no two wheels share. Painted gloss keeps the original silhouette and lets the stitching do the talking.

Grip

Alcantara or leather

Alcantara grips harder when your hands are warm and is the choice for anyone who drives quickly. Nappa leather ages better on a daily car and takes far less care in summer.

Stitching

The one line people notice

Contrast stitching is the cheapest way to make a wheel look designed rather than modified. Match it to a seat belt, a brake caliper, or nothing at all.

Electronics

Shift LEDs and paddles

Sixteen LEDs, configurable shift points and colours, controlled from your phone. Extended magnesium paddles are a separate choice, and both are wired to the original loom.

From your configuration to your door

Roughly 20 to 35 business days, and you see it happen.

    Configuration confirmed

We check your build against your VIN: airbag connector, heating, paddles, trim. If anything conflicts we call you before charging anything.

  2. 02

    Lay-up over the original armature

Prepreg carbon laid by hand, layer by layer, over the manufacturer base. Airbag compatibility is never compromised.

  3. 03

    Vacuum cure

Cured under vacuum so the resin sets without voids. This is what separates a structural part from a wrapped one.

    Grip, stitching, finish

Alcantara or leather fitted and stitched by hand in your chosen thread, then UV-stable lacquer and electronics integration.

    Inspection and photographs

Every wheel is checked, photographed and sent to you before it is packed. If you do not like what you see, it does not ship.

What owners say

Collected from customers who let us publish their words.

Not sure which generation you have?

Send us a photo of your current wheel or your VIN and we will tell you in a few minutes. No obligation, no sales pitch.

Questions

Why do you ask for the VIN only at the end?

Because you should be able to design freely first. Every generation shown is adaptable. The VIN is what turns your design into a wheel that fits your exact car, so we ask for it once you know what you want.

Can I fit a newer wheel than my car came with?

Yes, and most customers do. Every wheel we build is plug and play across the whole brand, so a 2013 car can take the current design. Buttons, paddles, heating and airbag work immediately. No coding, no dealer visit, no software. We adapt the mounting and connector, then confirm it against your VIN before building.

Can I cancel?

Yes, any time before we approve production. After that the wheel is already being built for your car specifically and cannot be resold.

What is covered by the warranty?

5 years on the steering wheel itself, covering materials and workmanship, and 2 years on electronics including the shift LED display. Normal wear excluded.
