Cancelling before production

You may cancel at any time before we approve your order for production, for any reason, and receive a full refund to the original payment method within 14 days.

Email [CONTACT EMAIL] with your order reference. If production has not been approved, we stop it immediately.

After production is approved

Once approved, your wheel is being manufactured to your specification for your vehicle and cannot be resold. Cancellation is no longer possible.

This reflects article L221-28 3o of the Code de la consommation, which removes the 14 day right of withdrawal for goods made to the consumer’s specification or clearly personalised.

Faulty or non-conforming goods

The exemption above does not affect your statutory rights. If the wheel arrives damaged, faulty or does not match the configuration you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photographs.

We will repair, replace or refund. Return shipping for a confirmed fault is at our expense.

Your statutory warranties of conformity and against hidden defects continue to apply, as set out in the terms of sale.

Shipping

Worldwide, tracked and insured. Estimated lead time is 20 to 35 business days from production approval, plus transit.

Risk passes to you on delivery. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, note it with the carrier before signing and photograph it.

Customs duties and import taxes outside the European Union are payable by the customer.
