Products

We manufacture custom steering wheels to order. Each wheel is built to the configuration chosen by the customer and is not held in stock.

Every wheel is supplied plug and play for the brand indicated, meaning it operates with the vehicle without additional coding. Exact fitment is confirmed from the vehicle identification number (VIN) before manufacture begins.

Photographs are illustrative. Natural materials such as leather, Alcantara and forged carbon vary in grain and pattern between pieces; this variation is inherent to the material and is not a defect.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros including French VAT at the applicable rate. The price displayed in the configurator at the moment of ordering is the price payable.

Payment is taken in full at the time of the order through our payment provider. We never see or store your card details.

Orders shipped outside the European Union may attract customs duties and import taxes, which are payable by the customer.

Order process

After payment, your configuration and VIN are reviewed internally. If the VIN cannot be matched to your configuration we contact you before proceeding.

Manufacture begins only after this internal approval. Estimated lead time is 20 to 35 business days from approval.

Lead times are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. Where a delay exceeds 30 days beyond the estimate, you may cancel and obtain a full refund.

Right of withdrawal

Under article L221-18 of the Code de la consommation, consumers ordering at a distance normally have 14 days to withdraw.

That right does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specification or clearly personalised, under article L221-28 3o of the same code. Our wheels are made to order to your configuration, so once manufacture has been approved they fall within this exemption.

Commercially, we go further than the law requires: you may cancel at any time before we approve your order for production and receive a full refund. Once production is approved, the wheel is being built for your vehicle and cannot be resold, and cancellation is no longer possible.

You acknowledge and accept this exemption at the point of ordering.

Warranties

Commercial warranty: 5 years on the steering wheel itself, covering materials and workmanship, and 2 years on electronic components including the shift LED display. Normal wear, accidental damage and damage caused by incorrect installation are excluded.

The commercial warranty applies in addition to, and never in place of, the statutory warranties below.

Statutory warranty of conformity, articles L217-3 and following of the Code de la consommation: the seller delivers goods that conform to the contract and answers for any lack of conformity existing at delivery, for two years from delivery.

Statutory warranty against hidden defects, articles 1641 to 1649 of the Code civil: you may obtain a price reduction or cancellation of the sale where a hidden defect renders the goods unfit for their purpose, within two years of discovering the defect.

To claim under the commercial warranty, keep the purchase invoice, the installation invoice from a professional garage showing its SIRET number and date, and the conformity certificate supplied with the wheel.

Installation

A steering wheel is a safety component containing an airbag. It must be installed by a qualified professional.

We accept no liability for damage, injury or loss resulting from installation carried out by anyone other than a qualified professional, and the commercial warranty is void in that case.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the order, except where the law does not permit such limitation, in particular in the case of death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Nothing in these terms limits the statutory rights of a consumer.

If a dispute is not resolved, you may refer the matter free of charge to our consumer mediator: [MEDIATOR NAME AND ADDRESS, mandatory under article L612-1 of the Code de la consommation].

Applicable law

These terms are governed by French law. Consumers retain the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence.
